1. Supporting Documents for Visa:

Valid original acceptance letter from college/university in the Australia stating:
 
  • Cost of course fees.
  • The start date and duration of the proposed course.

Four recent passport sized photographs (Light colored back ground)

Statement of purpose (Original - Signed by the student)
7.
Academic Certificates (ORIGINALS)
8.
Work Experience Certificate (on the original letter heads)

IELTS Score Card (ORIGINAL)
10.
Evidence of Liquid Funds & Income (for details see Financial Requirements Section).
11.
Affidavit of Support by the Sponsors
12.
Student Affidavit, if the student is self sponsoring for his studies in Australia
13.
Evidence of Relationship / Sponsor’s CNIC (preferably original or notarized copy)
14.
Documents of dependents included in the application- Birth Certificate, Marriage certificate and evidence of marriage (Photos etc.)
15.
If any of your dependents are 5-17 years of age (inclusive in the application), documentation confirming their enrolment in an Australian school and Under 18 Consent Form
16.
If the applicant is under 18 years of age you will have to show evidence that appropriate arrangements have been done for your welfare before you lodge your application.
* These documents will be kept until assessment is completed and then returned to you.
 
2. PROCESSING VISA APPLICATION
Step 1.
You must submit the relevant completed application form. This must be signed personally and given with the non-refundable visa application charge in the form of a demand draft in favor of the Australian High Commission. The fee amounts to Rs.25, 900.
Step 2.
When applying for a visa, you will need to provide an offer of a place in a course' letter from your education provider to the visa processing office.
Step 3.
After applying for a student visa you need to wait patiently for approximately 16 weeks. If you meet the basic requirements you will be issued a preliminary visa assessment (PVA) and further steps will be directed.
Step 4.
After you receive your PVA, you will be advised to undergo a medical checkup from a prescribed doctor of the High Commission.
Step 5.
You are required to pay for the first semester tuition fees and the OSHC premiums after getting the PVA.
Step 6.
On receipt of payment, the institution issues an electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCOE) which comes directly to the Visa Office.
Step 7.
You are now required to submit your passport to the visa office.
 
Financial Requirements
Official declaration from the applicant’s parents / sponsor stating the nature of their relationship to them. They should confirm they will support the applicant financially during their studies in Australia. The applicant must also include full contact details of their parents / sponsor (including residential address and postal address, if different, and telephone numbers)







Evidence of sponsor’s occupation and annual income – letter from the sponsor’s employer confirming employment, and including full contact details (address and telephone numbers), and sponsor’s personal bank statements and tax returns for the last 3 years;

Loan disbursement letter;

Chartered Accountant Statements of the financial sponsor and parent;
In the case of company sponsorship, balance sheet and bond signed with the company;
Evidence of income sourced from agriculture such as evidence of ownership and valuation of land, income statement from the regional authority (eg Patwari office) and receipt of sales etc;
Evidence of rental income such as evidence of ownership of property and lease deeds;
Evidence of retirement income such as letter from the company at the time of retirement stating amount of pension, and recent bank statement showing credit of pension to account.
